The Committee on European Integration recommends that the Parliament ratifies the Protocol between Ukraine and Czech Republic regarding Amendments to the Agreement between Ukraine and Czech Republic on Legal Assistance in Civil Cases

The Bill (Reg. No.0048) envisages ratification of the Protocol, pursuant to which, institutions of justice of both countries are authorized to take measures in emergency situations to protect the rights or property of the minors.

The Protocol also defines the terms for establishment or termination of custody or care over the minors, and determines the court authorized to make decisions on the said cases.
